Inspiring Creativity,
Delivering Practically

The Creative Collective is a media and organisational development consultancy that facilitates organisations to develop the tools to communicate effectively with their target audience, develop their workforce and create sustainable initiatives.

Established in 2000, we deliver through consultancy, training and events. We specialise in diversity and equalities, media relations, PR and strategic communications, community engagement, positive action internships, mentoring programmes and social enterprise development.

The Creative Collective’s work portfolio is diverse, like our clients. We respond to commissions with creativity and practicality and offer greater scope for success with access to highly skilled and experienced strategic partners. We always collaborate with clients to realise their vision. As a result, we have a high quota of repeat clients, drawn from the public, private and voluntary and community sectors.

The Creative Collective recognised by the European Commission
The Creative Collective’s innovative work in media diversity through its national newspaper and PR internship programmes has been identified as a top 30 project across Europe by the European Commission. Chosen out of over 140 international projects, The Creative Collective’s internship model is now seen as a leading UK initiative alongside the BBC and Channel 4.
